This is a 1967 Honda Black Bomber CB450 K0 in very nice condition. I bought this motorcycle at the previous owners estate sale. He had owned it since 1971 and had not been tagged since 1982. It was stored along with his other motorcycles inside. I had the carbs cleaned, timing/valves adjusted and replaced the spark plugs. The compression is excellent and the bike runs well. Everything works as it should. It has been painted the original silver and black colors. The fuel tank was cleaned and coated with POR15. The head light ring and fuel tank side covers have been re-plated. All other chrome parts are original and in good condition for their age. There are some nicks, scratches and etc. as would be expected on a 48 year old bike but there are no significant issues. The mufflers are solid with no rust out. They do have a few dings, a little acid stain on the right muffler, and a little rust on the back side of the left muffler but these flaws do not stand out. The wheels are nice but both have a small area of rust where the bike sat in the same position for years and moisture condensation accumulated at the bottom spot. Neither is large and they do not stand out. The tires are in great condition. The seat has been professionally re -covered and it is a very close to the original one. I have tried to identify any issues and I have been pretty picky in my evaluation. It is a very nice bike and attracts a lot of attention when I ride it. It is a very low mileage bike and I doubt you will find a nicer one that hasn't been totally restored. The bike performs very well in all gears and I know of no issues with the bike. I require a $500 non-refundable deposit by PayPal within 48 hours of the auction end and paid for within 1week but not through PayPal. However if the winning bidder comes to pick-up the bike and feels it has not been accurately described I will refund the deposit and terminate the transaction. Once the bike leaves my possession it becomes an "as is sale". If the winning bidder want to ship the bike it is up to the bidder to arrange all details and I will assist in any way I can. The bike must be paid for before leaving my possession. If you have any questions or need additional pictures please let me know. The bike is also for sale locally and I will end the auction if it sells locally. I have set a low reserve and once the reserve is met I will not sell it locally.
