Please read the auction carefully I have stated in previous auctions that people with less than 25 feedback need to contact me before bidding however people have disregarded this and placed bids with no intentions on following through. Bidders with 25 or less will be canceled and blocked, no exceptions will be made. The reserve is $5,500 and buy it now is $6,000 Hi and thanks for viewing my auction, I am listing my 2008 335i coupe with over 100k well maintained miles. The car is in great shape both inside and out with no major esthetic flaws neither in or out of the vehicle. The car is equipped with the optional sports package, convenience package and cold weather package. It is fully loaded minus the navigation system and the car has never been smoked in, eaten in or any other form of activity that would get it dirty. I used nothing but the best of cleaning products and conditioned the leather monthly. Mechanically the car is sound. The hpfp and turbos were replaced under factory recall, I have changed the oil myself every 3,500 to 4,000 miles using only Mobil-1 with factory oem filters. They say the oil can be done at 7,500 mile intervals however I am neurotic about oil changes. The car runs great with no issues or check engine lights, the turbos boost nicely and the car has great power. There is one small leak coming from the optional oil cooler which is very common for this car however I do have the gasket kit from Bmw and if the weather gives me a break I will change it and change the oil before sale. I installed new wheels and tires a couple months back, my fiancé hasn't mastered the art of parallel parking and the wheels told the story. The wheels are from a new 4 series with Pirelli all season high performance run flats with excellent tread. The car is no longer being driven as my fiancé got a new 4 series and I have my pickup. I start it up a couple times a week and take it for a short ride in the neighborhood just to keep things moving. The title has a lien against it at the moment as someone attempted to put a judgment against the business, our insurance company knew it was a bogus claim and denied the claim however thereafter we come to find out there's a lien against certain properties, this being one of them. I will provide the buyer with a notarized bill of sale for the time being as well as notarize a letter head stating that the buyer will receive a clean and clear title when the issue is settled sometime in June / July. Buyer will have to show proof of insurance when taking possession of vehicle. Cash only deal, may work something out with a 1977 or 1978 Trans Am.
