I am posting my Uncle's truck. He is the original owner, who can no longer drive due to medical issues.That said, here's what I know. It is a 1970 Chevy shortbed fleetside pickup. It has a straight six engine with a 3spd automatic transmission, power disk brakes and power steering. It came with drum brakes, no power steering and a standard trans. It runs good; could use a tune up. It's been filed Non-Op at the DMV for a year.The paint is original.There is minor rust under the battery and the passenger-side kick panel where the seam of the floor and kick panel meet; also, at the bottom of the right fender there is minor rust spot. My uncle has a file full of service records for the life of the truck including the original window sticker. It's a non-smoker's truck. It's been a reliable truck for 44 years.
