Auction ends Wednesday, Feb 4, 7:00pm Easter, 4:00 Pacific. Car relisted due to bidder with a change of plans. Bidder did not see or inspect the car. Please, please, please take this auction seriously. I will turn bidders not able to follow through with purchases over to eBay. Keep in mind this car is not in the blue book, and therefore very difficult to finance if going through a bank for this purchase. Vin does not register on eBay but is found below as well as a pic of the builder plate at bottom. The car's VIN is not recognized through eBay as the vehicle was never intended to be sold in the US market. Selling a very rare in the USA 1999 Alfa Romeo 156 with about 99k miles. Cosmetics, exterior is near flawless. There is a small scratch on the front bumper just below the passenger side headlight. I have supplied pics of the underside of the car and it's fairly rust free. The leather is in very good shape. The color is a bit darker in real life. I'm guessing the flash from the camera gives the leather a redder shiny look but in person is not quite as bright. All mechanicals work on the car. I currently have the car in for service to have a new timing belt installed. I'll also have an oil change completed as well. Radio would probably need replaced by new owner as it is tuned for overseas stations and can only pick up the very bottom of the FM band. There are no warning/check engine lights. Everything works. Buyer will receive a clear Ohio title without any restrictions. A scanned copy of this title will be emailed to the winning bidder before any money exchanges hands. I bought the car already in the US, so I do not have any import paperwork. Finally, I do drive the vehicle somewhat, so mileage may increase slightly during the auction. I'm a collector of rare, exotic, and unique cars and have sold many on eBay. I will show the car and allow test drives but please contact me first. I travel extensively and need a couple days notice if coming over. Can provide free airport transportation from Seattle or Vancouver. I will deliver for a modest fee but contact me first before bidding to get an estimate. I'm retired military and have a good bit of time available for cross country trips. If electing to go with this option, insurance will need to be taken out by the buyer prior to my departure. Car must be paid in full within 72 hours.
