Regarding recent negative feedback left on my account. This involved a prior sale of a car. I always prefer to sell the car and have the buyer pick up the car. However in this case I agreed to deliver it to the buyer in Denver. It was during this trip I was involved in a serious accident. I filed a claim with my insurance company and as of today, my insurance company has not reimbursed the buyer of the car. It is not going at the speed with which the buyer would like. Therefore, as mentioned below, on any future car I sell requiring delivery, I'll need the "buyer" to set up insurance with his/her own insurance company before making the trip. This will eliminate any problems that may develop in the future. I'm a safe driver, but accidents do occur. Any questions, please call me. VIN does not register on eBay but is found below as a pic showing VIN (frame no.) stamped onto builders plate. The car's VIN is not recognized as the vehicle was never intended to be sold in the US/Canada market. Don't wait to send in an offer. First reasonable offer takes it. Selling a very rare 1999 Toyota Land Cruiser Hilux diesel with a low 101k miles. This car was exported to Canada from Japan. Being a gray market import from Japan, it is right hand drive (RHD) and ideal for those in the Postal Service looking for a mail delivery vehicle. This truck is mechanically in perfect condition. Automatic transmission pulls away and shifts on steep hills just fine. Engine does not leak fluids or smoke. AC blows cold. I would not hesitate to drive the car cross country on a moments notice. Absolutely nothing needs to be done. Cosmetically, the truck looks to be in excellent condition and the pics do a wonderful job of displaying this. While no car is completely rust free, this one is as good as it gets having spent most of its life in Japan with a mild winter climate. A couple unique extra's...... this Hilux does have the Field Monitor showing compass heading, altimeter, inclinometer, thermometer, and barometric pressure. I'm a collector of rare, exotic, and unique cars and have sold many on eBay but to clarify, I'm not a dealer. I can provide free airport transportation, but please make arrangements well in advance. I do travel quite a bit and want to ensure I can be there. Delivery is available but contact me first before bidding to get an estimate. If you do wish for me to deliver the vehicle, the winning bidder will need to take out the insurance policy on the truck prior to delivery. I can overnight the title in advance of delivery if need be. Accepted forms of payment are cash (in person of course) and wire transfer only. I do not accept paypal (although you do need an account to bid on the car). eBay messages also come straight to my Smart phone, so I can respond very quickly.
