Vehicle Detail
1969 FORD (Galaxie) XL, it has been sitting for years. I have no idea about history or if any parts are missing. I deal with Mercedes. This is sold on a bill of sale only. We do not have a title. You can apply for a lost title. It was supposed to be restored at our shop in 1999. It has been sitting since then. We have no paperwork. The engine seems to be all there, but there may be parts missing. I am happy to take any pictures you need, or answer any questions, but please know I am not an expert in Fords. The interior is mostly complete. We have stored this car for 15 plus years and need to make space. We assumed title as a mechanics lien years ago and have never gotten around to restoring it. No Reserve! We assist with loading, but you will be responsible for shipping, cost and transfers. Sold as is, where is, with no warranties, express or implied. We are a Mercedes repair shop in Dallas Texas in business since 1976. We also have a CHEVY NOVA SS 1973 in similar condition, see my other auctions. Here are a few answers and extra pictures: Yes it does have keys, no I can't open the trunk. Only the ignition key. No It does not run. There are many parts in the back seat. The frame rails look excellent. It seems all rust is merely surface rust and the rockers are solid and intact. I tried to get close-ups of the door sills, and the back seat under the carpet. Looks like some moisture but no rust. This clearly has been a Texas car due to the underneath being largely rust free. This would be an excellent candidate for restoration. I am happy to answer any other questions. Best bid wins! Happy bidding!
