Up for auction is a Original 1971 Dodge Charger R/T,vin# WS23V1A174512 . This car is a 440-6pack ,auto. The Charger is one of 98 auto`s produced & the last year for the charger R/T. This is a true find ! The car has 24,00 original miles. Has the #`s matching engine ,fender tag, window sticker, dealer invoice, build sheet`s , warranty form ,consumer info form, sales man`s card & title. It is very rare to have so much original paper work. The trans is not original to the car. The charger still wears it original paint, A4 light gunmetal metallic paint with a black vinyl top & Blue interior. This color combo when restored is both stunning and rare. Options include, power steering, power disc brakes, bumper guards ,center armrest, rear defogger ,stripe delete, sure grip rear, dual chrome racing mirrors, tach & rear speaker. The Charger runs excellent with a 4bbl set up that was put on in the 70`s. The correct 6bbl setup in the pics is included as well . The car runs, drives and stops, however the tires are shot as well as the exhaust. The charger is pretty solid but, needs a total restoration . It has typical rust in the drivers front floor pan ,hood hinge area , quarters & on the passenger side inner rocker were the torsion crossmember meets it. The front fenders ,& trunk lid should be replaced & other pieces need some repair. The car is very complete down to the jack hook.
