For sale is a 2006 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer Edition priced well below KBB for a quick sale. I have tried CraigsList and other outlets but I am now ready to lower the price and cut it loose. My loss will definitely be someone's gain!! I purchased the truck through an auto auction in New Jersey in 2007. I am the 2nd owner. The first was a lease. All general routine maintenance has been done including tires and oil changes and so forth. The transmission was rebuilt at around 104,000 miles. The radiator was replaced around 145,000.I got a new fuel pump installed at around 169,000. The truck was always treated like my baby because I planned on keeping it as long as I could. My uncle in a mechanic and did all the work to it aside from rebuilding the trans. I can provide receipts for the transmission but I didn't bother to get receipts from my uncle for the work he did. I now need to sell the truck because I need a car to commute to and from work. If you have any questions about items that may have been replaced please ask because it is possible I am forgetting certain repairs that were made. The truck is 100% mechanically sound. The truck was involved in a fender bender that resulted in a new radiator and slight body work to the grill region. I am not sure whether this appears on CarFax reports or not. There's not much to hide with this truck. It is a great deal and I am sad to see it go!!
