1970 Jaguar XKE Roadster 4.2L A perfect opportunity to own a convertible Jag. This is a perfect restoration project. Southern California car since new. Virtually rust free. Appears to be some slight rust on floors, however they seem to be very solid. Same owner since 1974, has been in storage since 1979 was running when parked. 68,944k miles. The cylinders are free, engine turns over by hand. The rest of the body is in fantastic condition, original silver paint. I have the title. Parts for the bonnet etc are pictured. The bonnet needs some body work, the front bumpers are missing, front windscreen glass is cracked, door glass is fine. Interior and top need refurbish/replaced. Refer to pictures for more details. It might be repairable or replace the lower trunk panel. Thank you for bringing that to my attention. I have many more pictures, however ebay only let me post 24 pictures. It is the original engine, never removed. Original silver paint, red interior, black top. Also I have the original spare wheel/tire. I have the original title, it had a one time non-op registration back in 1979, and since, fell out of California DMV system, so no back fees are owed.
