Selling my 1972 chevelle convertible. Was going to make it into a 1970 but too many projects so im going to let it go. Car is an original Mulsanne blue car with black interior and black top. The top needs replaced but is power and the frame is nice. The rear glass window is still there and in nice condition. complete numbers matching drivetrain with a 307 cubic inch small block and TH350 trans with a 10 bolt rear. Car was last started two years ago and I haven't tried to start it recently. It will need plug wires and points to do so. The engine compartment is complete and the factory air is still all there. Car has front disc brakes. The body will need a complete restoration. The floors will need replaced and the outer pieces of the trunk floor. The center section and the trunk lip are ok. The rear quarters will need replaced they are in rough shape and some attention to the inner wheel houses. The doors are nice with the driver side having a spot on the inner front corner. The passenger door is clean. The front fenders both have a crease and some rust at the bottoms. The rockers are solid as is the frame and cowl area. The hood is rust free and the trunk lid has a little rust on the outer lower corners. The car is very complete missing the front and rear door panels and arm rests along with the door and trunk locks. No emblems on the car. At some point somebody put a 71 grille and front parking lights in it but it is a 72. The front and rear seats are in the car but need recovered. The brakes do work but the car will have to be trailered. Factory dual exhaust. The prior owner lost the title and I never took the time to get one or follow up on it so this car will be sold with no title. All the side glass is there and is nice. The windshield has no chips or cracks. Car was last on the road in 1994 and has been stored since. I took off the mirrors and the chrome around the top in the rear because they were already junk and was planning on getting new anyhow. Bumpers and Brackets are complete but will need new bumpers or have them rechromed. Somebody looking for a nice restoration project would have a rare car to work with and will be worth some big money when done. I have to tried to touch on everything but im sure I missed something.
