Vehicle Detail
I have decided to sell my 1968 Ford Torino GT Fastback plus all the rare Ford components I had collected throughout these years with the intention to install it onto this car. This auction includes my personal 1968 Ford Torino GT Fastback and all the Ford parts I have left. 1968 Ford Torino GT Fastback 2 owner car, I am the second owner and I purchased it from the original owner about 5 years ago. This Torino comes with its original 302 engine and c4 transmission that have 50k original miles on it The car starts and runs very good, the engine has never been rebuilt nor it needs it California car rust free no rust repairs no rust on the body no bubbles anywhere. California Black Plates both front and rear plates present and digits are on the title so they stay with the car. This Torino was repainted the original 1968 Ford red color about 3 months ago. Paint looks very good. Original 302 engine in great running condition C4 floor Automatic transmission with bucket seats. Tires are almost new wheels are Cragar SS in the 15x8 in the front and Rocket Racing 15x8.5 in the back They rims are single drilled and not dual bolt pattern and they look almost identical for the exception of the center caps. I have upgraded this car with: New aluminum radiator Front disc brakes and power booster (from a 69 station wagon) 9 inch posi rear end (off of a 1972 Montego GT fastback) With the buy it now price I will include: Front original Ford black Hood scoop Rear original Ford spoiler wing 1 additional super rare original Ford 9 inch rear end with disc brakes off of a 1979 Lincoln Versailles along with heavy duty leaf springs These rear ends are rare since Ford only made them for just a few years with bolt pattern 5 on 4.5 another set of front disc brakes spindles calipers that bolt right in on early Ford Mustangs (64 65 66 67 68 69)Torino (68-69) and Cougars A 4 speed toploader wide ratio 28 spline transmission in good condition with its original HURST competition shifter (also off of a 1972 Montego GT Fastback) Please be aware that all the trim was removed when the car was painted so some of the trim needs to be put back on. I have done some of the work myself although I am a pretty precise kind of person I would have it done by a professional These are only temporary pictures I will take much better and detailed pictures within a few weeks and post them on the auction. I have shipped cars outside the USA several times so I can help with the paperwork and coordinate picking up. This car has a clear California title under my name the car is on non op so there are no DMV back up fees. For further questions I can be contacted via ebay messaging or on my cell at 323 578 1565 A $500 non refundable deposit is due within 24 hours from the end of the auction (or acceptance of the auction) Remaining balance must be made within 5 working days from the end of the auction Only the deposit payment can be made via paypal The remaining balance must be made via bank wire only Clear California title in hand
