Up for auction is a 1999 Lincoln Continental in excellent condition. With only 2 previous owners this car has been taken great care of. The engine and transmission are in top condition. The paint and body are in flawless condition. With it being a Florida car you will not find any rust. The interior is in excellent condition as well. The A/C blows ice cold. There is a rip on the back of the drivers seat and a rip in the drivers arm rest. The rear view mirror and drivers side mirror are a little bit faded. Please see pictures. Full payment must be received within 5 business days via cash or wire transfer. Once the deposit is received we will mail you the bill of sale and all necessary paperwork. Once received, the customer must sign and complete the paperwork then return to us by mail. The vehicle must be paid in full prior to leaving the lot.

• Customers are expected to pick up or ship out their vehicle within 1 week of the auction closing. Vehicles not picked up or shipped within 1 week will be subject to a storage charge. Please contact us for details. If you intend to fly in and drive the vehicle home we offer complimentary pick up at SWFL International Airport. If you plan to have the vehicle shipped to you we can assist in shipping arrangements. We are not affiliated with any shipping companies and are not responsible in any way for any claims that may occur during shipping. It is the buyer’s responsibility to have the vehicle insured before it leaves the lot. We will verify all cashier’s checks with the issuing financial institution prior to delivery of the vehicle.

• We reserve the right to end the auction if the vehicle sells locally. Actual mileage may be higher than what is shown here due to test drive's by potential buyers.

• It's important to remember that these are used vehicles. We do our absolute best to describe the vehicle through pictures and written description. It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure all concern's of theirs are answered prior to the auction ending. We welcome you to come inspect the vehicle prior to the end of the auction.

Fee and Tax Information:

• *A dealer administration fee of $249 will be added to each transaction. This fee covers all costs not associated with the price of the vehicle including but not limited to title work, couriers and postal service costs. This also allows us to provide these “no reserve” auctions and offer true wholesale prices to the public. A cancellation fee of $199 will be applied if a winning bidder fails to complete the transaction.

• Our dealership is licensed, bonded and insured in the state of Florida which means we can issue temporary tags and handle all paperwork right here when you come pick up your vehicle. There is a $29 fee for all temporary tags issued. We are required to collect a 6% sales tax plus any applicable county surtax for Florida residents. We will mail you your registration via U.S. mail and your title will be mailed to you by the Florida DMV.

• Out of state customers that have the vehicle shipped or towed will pay taxes in their state.If the vehicle is picked up in Florida we must charge you either Florida sales tax, which is 6% or your state tax. Whichever one is lower is what you will be charged. Out of state customers are responsible for titling and registering the vehicle in their state.
