I am selling for a friend of mine a 1935 Ford 5 window coupe. The car has a 289 Ford V8 with a C4 automatic trans and 8" Ford rear end. I just took the car on a hour and a half trip down the expressway this past week, and the car ran strong, but I did notice a hesitation when accelerating, and there is some play in the steering. It has a Superbell 4" drop front axle with disc brakes in the front and drum brakes on the rear. The car is all steel with a good body and floors. Not quite a perfect car but definitely a solid car. Windshield and cowl vents both open for air flow. The wheels are American Racing wheels with newer tires. The car has had a recent paint job done in blue metallic satin primer and there is a touch up can of paint included in the auction. There is also a original front bumper with brackets and rear bumper with no brackets if new owner would like them. There is a clear FL title that matches the VIN plate, see picture of the VIN plate. Original speedometer does not work and actual miles are unknown. I would consider this a project car. Take a look at the 173 picture slideshow I provided in the listing and the one quick video of her running down the street. You must use a regular computer or laptop to see the slideshow and video. They will not show up with apps, phones, or some tablets. This is a NO RESERVE auction. No warranties expressed or implied , and a as is where is sale. Full payment is do within 7 days after the auction has ended. Buyer must also contact me within 2 days after the auction has ended to set up a time for payment and pickup. The car must be picked up in Dade City FL. As long as the Ford is paid for in full within 7 days after the auction has ended, then she can sit here for up to two months, but would like it picked up as soon as possible.
