( TAKE NOTE THAT THE FIRST $5000 OFFER WILL BE ACCEPTED) Sale/Trade 1966 Ford Fairlane Convertible!! All the mechanics have been done on the car. Drive anywhere. Was a 390 H code car but now sports a 351W,C6 auto. trans and 3.25 open rear. Engine has headers, Holley DP carb, Aluminum intake, and fresh tune up. Has power steering dual cylinder brakes ,Dual exhaust, Power windows, bucket seat interior, Automatic in floor counsel, AM radio, working power top that is in great condition along with boot cover, New tires on very nice chrome GT wheels. Front end is completely done including new upper and lower control arms, ball joints, bushings radius arms, springs and etc. Including alignment. Left to do is the body which has some rust issues but is an easy repair. CAR IS ALMOST 50 YEARS OLD!! Torque boxes have been repaired and rest of frame and rockers are in good condition. Floors have a few small holes but nothing worth changing very repairable but the car does come with all new floor pans and new belt moldings. Exhaust also has been done along with brakes and etc. Interior is very nice except for the lower bottoms of the buckets needing repair. Car needs a few weeks of attention depending on how handy you are or you can drive it and repair it as you go. Consider that CRITES Restoration Ford Parts have fiberglass doors ,fender, trunk lid, and 427 ram air hood for around $1600.They are a nice well built and straight, fit well product that I personally have used before!! Saves a lot of time and labor.If car doesn't sell or trade I will finish the car to show quality. Asking price is what the mechanics cost.
