This car, for its age, is in good shape and looks good with a only few very small oils leaks (valve cover) and a very small power steering pump leak (less than an ounce every 6 mos.). It has been the car for my daughters' use, because of its strong structure and tremendous safety features. It is an older car so has some wear including speaker cover damage and interior front seat tears but is a good looking car otherwise. . The engine runs good and transmission shifts smooth. As with most vehicles with these miles and at this age, it has a few problems: the rubber parts of the front end, and the rear springs and shocks are probably in need of replacement to provide that Mercedes quality tight driving feel, the radio antenna goes halfway up, the switch for the rear driverside window on front control panel goes down and not up (but window works fine from back switch), outside temperature reads inaccurate temp. and air conditioner works fine but is topped off for maximum coldness each summer.. Very large interior and trunk, power everything, windows, seats, sunroof, door locks etc. does need paint on back trunk as clear coat has come off from sun, minor door dings but nothing major. All the wood is in good shape. New Scoshe Bluetooth USB/SD/CD/FM/AM stereo which does hands free calls. (I have the original Becker as well) plays great.Delaware car owned originally by a family who rarely drove it, I am the 2nd actual owner. Starts right up and runs great! No smoke, no major problems, just drive it home. This car type is very large and is becoming a collectors car.
