The original owner sold it back to the dealer as a "Buyback". They repeatedly complained about transmission noises and malfunctions that the dealer was NEVER able to duplicate. Due to a loop hole in California state law, they were obliged to buy it back. 2009 was the year that the economy crashed and California was hit the hardest; so you do the math! There was never anything wrong with this car. I bought the car Exactly as it was turned in and drove it for 8k miles before blowing the synchro in 2nd gear. I had the entire transmission rebuilt (I have paperwork to prove it) This car has 0 issues and the transmission is stronger that it was brand new.
