Vehicle Detail
This truck is as close to new and original as I've seen for a 14 year old vehicle. It's a true one owner, New Mexico truck owned by a retired State Police Sgt. You'd be hard pressed to find another like this. Since day one mileage has been documented by hand at each fill up, visible in the console picture, at the time of purchase he also added the supplemental tank with fuel pump and tank to tank filter in 11/1999 - along with the 16K hitch, steps and brake controller - this was his 5th Wheel pulling rig and his baby - he didn't want to sell but decided to due to his inability to step down with both feet and avoid knee pain (blown meniscus) - the 5th wheel is gone and now the truck must go also. He ordered this truck from the factory with the 4.10 gearing, 38 gallon fuel tank(60gallon in bed tank/box), and many other goodies shown on the window sticker - this is a fully loaded 2000 Ford F-350 DRW that drives like new, if not better, with a few nice additions : 1. Owens running Boards in Oxford White 2. 16K Reese Fifth Wheel Hitch 3. Louvered 5th Wheel Tail gate 4. Hood Bug Deflector 5. 4 Door Wind Deflectors 6. Brake Controller 7. 60 Gallon Aux. Fuel Tank with Tool Box Full service was performed at 73,000 miles and included chassis lubrication, Rotella oil change, fuel filter change, pinion seal replacement with fluid check, glow plug check, etc. This truck has had no performance modifications to the engine, transmission or electronics. The only additive that has been used on the truck is Schaffer's Syndyne, it has been used since the early 2000's to help prolong injector, and fuel system life by providing superior lubrication, etc. in the additive. The batteries are both new Interstates, only 3,000 miles on them - the truck starts quick and crisp every time. No issues with anything on the truck at all - no steering wobble/play, no hesitation, etc. The tank was also run close empty recently, much to his wife's discontent, so the fuel pickup in the tank was proven to be in tact - a known issue on these 7.3L's. This truck is ready to go. Don't miss out - this is a rare, low mileage2000 Ford F-350 7.3L - 2000 is one of the only build years that included forged connecting rods from the factory which is a much desired feature for these 500,000+ mile motors that the maker,International, is known for. *2001-2003 came with cheaper Powdered Connecting Rods - these are NOT the same as Forged Steel Rods*
