Vehicle Detail
Up for auction, a really nice equipped 1970 GMC Custom fleetside wideside half ton truck. This truck is super nice for its age! doors close very tightly, new rubbers, seals on jams. bench seat very clean, done in black velour, super soft, no tears. Door panels very nice also, black vinyl, also with woodgrain accents at top. Grant steering wheel with a pewter wolf for the shifter, kinda cool lookin. Has a stereo and speakers all aftermarket, but have the original radio to go with truck. Radio slot has not been cut, for aftermarket fitment. rubber matting on floor is new and in perfect condition. Glove box has its original protecto plate on door. This truck has received lots of upgrades to enhance the performance, drivability, and appearance of the truck including: Edelbrock carburetor,Weiand intake, braided hoses, chrome valve covers, new alternator, new starter, ceramic coated headers, Mallory hyfire ignition and coil, Moroso air cleaner, Dual exhaust, Mallory electric fuel pump, Mallory fuel/water displacer, 6 blade stainless fan, extra large transmission cooler custom installed with copper tubing along with an Integrity brand transmission cooler pan. This truck is a fine running machine. The truck sports Cragar aluminum wheels with BF Goodrich radio T/A rubber. My reserve is not even half of how much truck you will be getting. Started wet sanding the clearcoat, to go back to original color of Hugger orange and white, However, I am on to other plans. The tailgate has been customized to open from inside of gate, handle has been shaved. roll pan is in place of rear bumper. The bed is still solid for its age, The stampings off the block which are T123OCGR decoded to be a 350/400 4 bolt. I wasn't able to decipher if block is a match to truck. Heads are 2.02 heads 76cc. Transmission is a turbo 350.The transmission stays super cool with the two trans coolers. Chrome in front is very nice driver quality, and gets a lot of attention. Truck has been lowered some for better height adjustment. Truck has tool box, and have all keys to doors. This is an excellent opportunity if your in the market to make a sound investment. These trucks are becoming more and more desirable by retiring folks of the baby boomer era, while there value increases. Winner to pay 500 dollar non refundable deposit within 48 hours of auction close via paypal, remaining balance due within 7 days of auction end via certified cashiers check. Buyer responsible for shipping arrangements and costs incorporated. I reserve the right to end auction early as this truck being sold locally. THANKS AND GOOD LUCK!On Nov-11-14 at 19:51:04 PST, seller added the following information: I would also like too add, that my lens on my phone camera is scratched, so the pictures isn't doing this truck justice. In the pics, the seat looks faded. It is not, but actually very nice and interior is very clean for its age. Thanks, good luck, god bless us, and our troops!
