I have to sell our 1956 Porsche 356A Speedster due to income loss. It was a project that me and my boyfriend have been working on for the past year and a half. I hate to see her go, but I must. The engine is running and the car is drivable, except the new master cylinder is bad (comes with a new one) it has only been driven in and out of our garage. ENGINE AND TRANNY:VW 1600 cc dual weber carbs and 4 speed transmission that were completely rebuilt before they became the donors for the Porsche. The chassis came from the same VW. BODY:Body work is done, car has been in filler primer for over a year. (any shrinkage should be cured out by now) body parts are assembled and aligned. Just spray guide coat, block sand it for and painting, and finish putting it together . TUB:Tub (Chassis) is rust free and has been painted in and out. New:4 Red line tires4 chrome rims with hub caps brake lines, calipers, drums, shoes & hardware and more... EXTRAS/UPGRADES:Also comes with an original 1956 Porsche Banjo Steering wheel (NOT CHEAP)Upgraded to ALL the gold emblems that can be bought as extras (chrome emblems come with the kit) (also NOT cheap) NEEDS/DOES NOT COME WITH:Wiper motor and wiper armsRear view mirror Speedometer cable Everything else that came with the kit to finish the car, is there, it just needs to be put together and painted. A GREAT winter project!!! This IS NOT a hop in it and drive cross country car as it sits!!! It needs to be finished so plan on picking it up or having it transported... I will help load it if needed. The car comes with a Certificate of Origin and a bill of sale. I also have all the original paperwork and all the instructions for assembly, which comes in a Classic Motor Carriages binder.
