This auction is for a 2005 Ford Focus ZX4. I purchased this back in 2007 with 57,750 miles for my son's first car. I purchased this out of Ohio and it came with a salvage title. We replaced the grille, driver headlight, radiator and some misc plastic parts. The hood and driver's fender had some damage and we worked it back into shape. We did not replace the front plastic bumper cover. We did not use any body filler and then went to the local parts store for "rattle" paint cans. We changed the brake fluid and transmission fluid. I was a nice "father and son" project for his first car. My son used this when he went off to college. He waited over a year after graduation and just purchased a new car. As such, the car is now for sale. He put new tires on it at 71,000 miles and did the front brakes recently (I think it was this spring). He changed the oil every 5,000 miles (the engine does not burn any oil). We put a new battery in probably 3 years ago. Car starts right up and has been very reliable. The car does show it's age, with the hood having some paint spots and chips. The front bumper was not replaced during the repair and has a lot of scratches on it. Having some 137,000 miles, the car does have a fair amount of interior squeaks. Being an older car, it is sold in as is condition with no warranty
