Am listing my Number Matching 1970 Grand sport 455 Convertible,( Gs Historic Society Report )This car was a 4 year project the body & frame work was done by Mark Reese of Then an Now in GA. The paint was done by O'ais Paint and body of Winston salem NC.- Just the paint job was 10,500. Pristine job, places at every car shows its been in. I drive this car local but trailer it on freeways, there is NO ROCK CHIPS on this baby. Auto Springs Frame and Engine Repair of winstonsalem NC-did the frame work, frt. disc brakes, brake lines, gas lines ,front end, rear end 342 posi, spings , shocks, motor rebuild to Stage 1 spec. with T/A Perfomance part. New timer cover with long pickup tube an 5qt. oil pan looks factory.Heads was Harden to burn unleaded gas.Block Casting 1231738-70 i have pics of the build, Eng Vin.40H331894-SR -7-455- I have 1970 Stage 1 vaule covers , but i do have the original covers 1232069 go with car.Factory carb rebuilt 7040240 an plated by Carb junky's. trans Built by Local Trans shop. Top GM white, done by KEE TOPs of NC.. Console & head light bezels was recrome by RMD. Bumpers Tri City Plating , Dash & Dash pad by Just Dash . Rims 7" front 8" back tires 245/60/15 Purchase at Coker Tires Company. All new Tinted glass by AMD. Got all invoices from a host of parts dealers. ive Done my best to do this car with the best parts an 1970 buick late car parts. ive put my heart soul an money in this car sweat an tears if you ever done a Frame off Rotisserie you no how stressfull it is, i've taking all the head ache for you try to build 1 like this in 2014 it will cost 100,000 am not ask no were near that much but not givIng it away.
