Vehicle has been abandoned by previous owner and I am selling this 1988 Jaguar XJ6 as is for storage fees. I will be selling it with a bill of sale. I have started and ran this vehicle over 500 miles in the last 2 weeks to check out the drive train. I had to replace the points and did a complete tune up on the engine. The engine is very strong, and the transmission shifts great. Other than the above mentioned. The car sat for over 2 years awaiting payment that never came. So that being said the leather on the interior is dry rotted and the dash board has cracks in it. The body clear coat needs to be buffed but the paint its self is in fantastic shape. The brakes seem to work well, and the moon roof works, and does not leak. The body is pictured in the photo's and I believe that I have all the pertinent damage in them. If you have any additional questions please ask. The battery is dead in the car currently so I was unable to get the mileage for the car, but as soon as I can I will get it and post it. Again there is no clear title on this vehicle it is being sold with a bill of sale for storage / delivery fees not paid. The state of Illinois has informed me that the vin is clear and that all that is necessary for a title is a bill of sale from an auction in order to receive the title.
