This is a very nice 2005 Subaru Outback that is an example of how good Subaru's are. At 239k the car starts right up, idles smooth as can be and accelerates as it should. The transmission shifts perfectly with no funny noises or smells. The exterior of the car is in excellent shape for year and mileage with NO rust just a few dings and scratches. I have never seen a car with this mileage in this condition. This has become the car of choice to drive on errands and take home at night, it is nearly flawless on the outside nice on the inside. It is evident that the car was taken care of exceptionally well by previous owner. Engine: Super peppy 2.5l motor. This motor has great compression and smooth powerful acceleration. No visible oil leaks or smells, starts with no rattle, or rumble just twist the key and she pops to life. After much driving in and about town it is averaging 25mpg! Car has been compression tested and head gasket is good and ready to to take you where you want to go. Transmission: Car has a smooth and positive shift feel, have tried it at every speed and scenario and not felt any flaws. Suspension, brakes, tires: The tires are good all the way around and so are pads and rotors. Suspension feels tight as does the steering. All wheel drive works great Interior: Clean but could use a good detail, includes rubber factory mats, all seats are in good shape with minimal wear. all windows, stereo, locks, key fob, seats, and power outlets work as they should. One seat belt has slight tear, but should be replaced Body: Exterior is in excellent shape, it is 9 years old but i would say she is one of the best looking Subarus we have ever had. No blemishes that are easily seen except for a some scratches on door rubber. Otherwise she looks almost great. That is everything worth noting, feel free to arrange a visit to see it if possible.
