Up for bid is my 1980 Camaro. Let me begin by saying you will notice magnets in the photographs which I have placed in the typical areas you will find these cars full of Bondo. I am not an expert on the computer so I am not able to figure out how folks upload 100’s of pictures directly into the body of an Ebay ad, so I added the ones I think should matter to a buyer. Anyhow you will note that the magnets are telling you part of what you need to know about this car: It is not full of Bondo. The engine is not original to the car. It is a mild build to 350 HP, Edelbrock intake, carb, hooker headers with less than a 1,000 miles on it. Ratchet shifter, 350 Turbo Trans, 10 bolt rear, don’t know the gears but it is nothing crazy. The odometer reads 24,177 which I have to believe is 124,777. The paint color is the desirable Red Orange and it does not appear to have ever been repainted. I have found evidence of touch up, and the car could obviously use a massage and paint but the color is correct. I took the seats out and pulled the carpet up to check and the floor boards are not rotted. I have been under the car and found no evidence of cancer. This car could be driven the way it is as a fun driver, but I am listing it as a restoration candidate as it doesn’t come with a warranty expressed written or implied. It will come with all of the parts you see photographed in the trunk. These are all of the spare Camaro parts I have left. This would make an excellent father/son project over the winter if you want to turn it into a driver. The body work would be minimal to get it ready for a nice fresh paint job. The hood is fiberglass. Original AC car, none of the AC parts are present. I drove it around my property last week and it shifts and runs fine. The tires are like new. I have a hook up on a very reasonable shipping if you need a reference. This car will not leave my property until full payment clears my bank or you hand me cash.
