Vehicle Detail
Glistening, rust-free, accident-free very well maintained E320 with all the options. For those of you who know these cars you know what a joy they are to drive. If you are unfamiliar with the E320 series of this vintage, you are in for a treat. Generous head and leg room and a limo-like rear seat make this an ideal family workhorse. Your kids will fight over who gets to ride in the standard equipment third row seat, which also flips down to create a truly cavernous space for hauling even large items. Take this vehicle on the highway and float along in near-silent comfort, with aggressive handling and performance ability available whenever you want it. The 4matic drivetrain allows you to cruise effortlessly in wet or snowy weather with surefooted poise and a comforting feeling of safety. This particular E320 has been assiduously maintained and updated, with a factory rebuilt replacement transmission 10,0000 miles ago, a newly rebuilt-front end last year (new struts, shocks, sway bars etc.,) new brakes all around at 109,000 miles, new tires at 105,000 miles and a variety of smaller updates (brake light switch, oxygen sensor and so on). The body is incredibly tight and sound, no rust of any kind anywhere. Although these cars are rugged and will last for hundreds of thousands of miles, some systems like brakes and suspension do have to be refreshed and updated every so often. The big stuff has been done and this one is ready to go the next 100,000 miles. We are selling it because we are both fans of convertibles and replacing it with one. Now for the bad stuff: The driver's seat is showing wear in the base cover. The interior has tiny areas here and there showing wear. The right front fender has two small, very shallow indentations next to the headlight, visible in one of the photos. if you look hard for it. Details you'd expect in a car of this vintage. The good thing? You should get many years of enjoyment from this car. We've pulled a Carfax report on the vehicle and are willing to send it on request. Enjoy the photos!
