1985 Honda 250SX

Up for auction is an very original low hour 1985 Honda 250sx. Machine has its challenges cosmetically but makes up for it mechanically and with its low hour original condition. I took many pics but if others are needed please ask. Gas tank is dented but does not leak, plastics are stitched but function fine and are solid when riding, headlight glass has had a repair at some point but works fine on both hi and low beam, grab bar is bent a bit but still functions, and lastly the seat cover has had some silicone repairs done to it. All this cosmetic damage can be seen in pics. Again if anyone needs better pics please ask and i will oblige. Mechanically this machine is excellent! Everything works as it should. Motor sounds great with no noises or smoke and runs quietly and smooth. Machine has low run time on it.  Starts touch of button or with one kick. Trans and clutch work perfectly. Reverse works properly. Bike has all new tires replaced in last year. Few rides on them is all. Tires all hold air so no surprises there. Few other things to mention at random, tail light works, its shaft driven auto clutch 5 speed,  gas tank selector works on all positions On-Res-Off, air filter is clean and system is in good shape with no dirt being sucked in engine, oil could use to be changed but new owner can see engine has ran good after inspecting old used oil when being changed, has original tool kit, battery is newer and performs fine, front and rear brakes work great as does the park brake function, front and rear suspension perform smooth as they should with no leaks. Think thats about it. Super fun easy to ride machine that will last someone a long time still. This 250sx is absolutely ready to ride as is! It handles and rides as a three wheeler does even at higher rates of speed. Kind of listing this late in the season but these machines are collectable and getting harder to find so hopefully my final sale price is still decent considering.
