As you can tell from the pictures this car was bought in 94 in Florida. What you can't see is the lady that bought it was 64 years old. She kept it in her garage and never put the top down. When she was 76 she went into a nursing home and gave the car to her son. He was an engineer and he lived in Virginia. I'm not sure how long he had the car but I bought it from him about 6 or 7 years ago.I don't know if he registered it in his name. Since I have had it I have always kept it garaged. It was in a hotel parking garage for 4 days on a golf trip. I don't believe it has been rained on since I have had it. I replaced a front light lens and had the cd player repaired. After I moved to Florida I also replaced a power window motor. I moved to South Carolina about a year ago and I live on a golf course so I never drive it anymore. All I ever did was mostly drive it to the golf course. I have driven it about 8k miles since I bought it. This is my 4th Allante and by far the best. Everything works as it should, and it rides like a Cadillac should. The trunk holds golf clubs easily.It has more than enough power, it cruises at 75 mph as it gets 25 mpg. And it is beautful. I have had all kinds of cars - street rods, antiques, classics, everything, but for the last 20 years or so I have kept an Allante for my golf course car. Now I have my own golf cart, and I am too old to take care of everything. The car had been repainted when I bought it. I was told there was a clear coat problem and it was repainted by the dealer under warranty. They did a beautful job.Everything is as you can see beautiful condition. A service ride control comes up about every 5th time I drive it, but it clears itself. Aside from that it is as near perfect as you could want for a 22 year old car. This car has the original Allante chrome wheels, not the later model wheels seen on most Allantes. NADA retail is $15, 250 (not including low mileage). Reserve is much less. In one of the pictures you see the worst flaw. One of the filler pieces for when you put the top down has been dropped at one time and is not perfect. The original top is in great condition. There is absolutely no deterioration of any of the rubber seals or trim pieces. The dash cover was put on in Florida to protect the dash - not to cover any cracks or damage. I would hope that whoever buys it treats it like the beautiful, classy, unusual car that it is. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. You can rely on this car to drive anywhere.
