Vehicle Detail
For sale is a very unique and one of a kind 1972 Honda CB750 that has a clear title in my name, and has been one of my personal riders for over 5 years after purchasing from the original owner. The bike has a stamp tag on the lower frame that the title is matching for 1983, when it was built into a performance bike in order to obtain a title, but still has the original frame tag and is a true 1972. First off I've never seen a 750 done up quite like this and also perform as this one does. The bike starts up and runs strong! will need a few small things as I haven't rode the bike this past season, I would synchronize the carbs again, and the bike does have a slow oil leak from the oil tank drain bolt which I have not replaced yet, it just needs the washer that makes a better seal, as the one on it seems worn over time. Other than those things the bike has loads of aftermarket goodies that was all put into the bike from the mid 80's onward. Such as a Wiesco 915cc big bore kit, high performance cam shaft, complete Dyna electronic ignition, heavy duty clutch, Kerker 4 into 1 exhaust, oil cooler, velocity stacks and jetted, drag bars, Oakley grips, royal industries drag gauges, and very nice vintage Fox rear air suspension that looks great. This bike runs STRONG! it has a very powerful pull to it. The exhaust has a very nice tone to it, that doesn't get old. Also comes with another set of good weisco 915cc pistons with rings. I have always kept it clean and indoors, well cared for as it should be. The only other thing is that the right side cover on the lower portion has some paint cracking off, seems the front fender by the forks has a crack starting in it and one small chip in the tank very hard to see there are some up close small scratches or scuffs in the paint but it still looks great..again these are up-close marks to see, no dents. Has candy apple red paint with fiberglass fenders front and rear, custom tail light, snap on drag seat made for one person to ride, very little rust on exhaust headers and upper fork tubes. the rest of the bike and its chrome looks great, it gets heads turned and compliments constantly. Kills me to sell it but times change it is time for someone else to enjoy, bid with confidence! NO RESERVE! I require full payment within 3 days of the auction's end, shipping is fine as long as the buyer takes care of all details. Thanks, ask any questions!
