Vehicle Detail
Normal 0 false false false EN-US JA X-NONE LEMANS I am selling a 1969 Lemans that I have been working on. I was going to clone a GTO and have almost finished. I have a lot invested. The car only needs to go to the body shop- new paint, top and weather stripping to make the car look new. I have been diagnosed with cancer and now my priorities have changed. Below is a list of items I have replaced or rebuilt. If you have any questions Email me or feel free to call me at 910-740-6122. I still have all of the original Lemans parts. I am starting the bidding at what I have in all the parts and labor, not including what the car cost years ago. I am not putting a reserve price. The car has to go. Good luck bidding. Drivetrain Engine is a 1970 – 350 block code #YU with 1969 400 heads code #46, picked up the horsepower and has ram air 3 cam, a new MSD box and coil. Runs and drives great. It has a 350-auto transmission with a shift kit. It has edelbrock aluminum intake with an edelbrock carburetor. Headers with new exhaust system, flow master mufflers, new pipes, sounds good. It also has a large 10-bolt rear end with 326 gears, setup for cruising. Has original console with a B&M quicksilver shifter mount in it. Also a sun tack mounted in the dash where the clock was. Excellent job…looks like factory. Suspension and Brakes Has all new parts, power front disc brakes, and body bushings. It has A frame bushings, ball joints, tie rod ends, new front disc, calibers and brakes. All four springs were replaced. All rear end bushings, rear brakes, and drums. Exterior The paint is not bad but with the replacement of GTO hood, Front bumper with hide away headlights and GTO valence panel, the car will need to be painted. Also needs a small amount of bodywork. Rally II rims 14” with new rings, caps lugs. New BF Goodrich 245/60/R 14 tires. Front nose is all new parts, radiator core frame to bolt everything to, hideaway headlights, grill, doors and hinges, vacuum valves, brackets and bolts. The car is not new but is in very good shape. This car is a Lemans sport and it has electric windows, tilt wheel, power top, but no AC.
