1986 Chevrolet Blazer D10 3/4 ton Military CUCV This truck is in good condition inside and out. It is red with a white reflective sticker down both sides of the truck. It still has impressions from Diamond Fire District on doors. It does have a camp tailgate in working condition. There is a dent in the right quarter panel. No rust under this truck. I have had undercoating sprayed in the wheel wells and floorboards. It has not been sprayed above the transmission. Inside, it has been sprayed in the entire front floorboards. The back floor inside is untouched. 1) 51,xxx on the odometer 2) Turbo 400 transmission with new fluid and filter in March. Shifts just like it should. 3) 6.2L diesel engine that idles and runs great. New glow plugs added in May. Oil changed regularly. Oil pressure runs 40 psi when warm and cruising down the highway. Fuel filter replaced in March. 4) New aluminium replacement radiator installed in June. Also, new coolant and block heater added then too. 5) Transfer case operates perfectly along with the lockout hubs. 3.08 gears with Gov-lock limited slip. 6) Seats are not torn and in good condition. Dash pad has no cracks. 7) Has all original wiring and has not been butchered up. Truck starts just fine. It runs straight as an arrow down the road. There is no play in the steering. Everything is nice and tight. (Steering, shifter, wheel bearings, tie rods) 8) It has most of the military equipment still on it. It is missing the blackout light that goes in the driver's side of the front grill. I remove the military pintle hook and installed one with a ball. Like I have mentioned, this truck is in good condition. It is not junk. It starts, runs, and drives great. I have been thru practically the whole truck and would drive it most anywhere. It feels and drives like the 51,xxx miles are true ( I can only speculate, not sure). I have gotten in between 18 to 20 mpg with some driving in town. It has good Liberator A/T tires (235 75 15).
