Paris Township is listing a 1993 Ford F350 dual axle flat bed. The vehicle has a 5.8 V8 engine with a 4 speed manual transmission with overdrive. Tires (LT 215/85R16) are in good condition, but brake lines are in need of replacement. Vehicle has 36,770 miles. Vehicle has been used by the Paris Township road department for general road work and for snow plowing and salting on our secondary roads. Vehicle comes with a snow plow lift. We highly recommend that prospective bidders make an on-site visit to inspect the vehicle and best determine the condition of the equipment prior to bidding. The equipment is being sold “as-is, where-is” with absolutely no guarantee or warranty. This vehicle is located at our Road Department, 9355 Newton Falls Rd, Ravenna, OH and may be inspected by appointment only. All sales will be final. There are no returns for any reason PAYMENT: All items purchased must be paid in full prior to pick-up. Cashiers check will be the only form of payment accepted. If the successful bidder is another governmental entity including public schools, that entity’s check will be accepted for payment. SALES TAX will not be added to this purchase. It is the responsibility of the buyer to pay any applicable sales tax to the Secretary of State. PICK-UP: Once the item has been paid for, it can be picked up by the awarded bidder at the Paris Township Road Department 9355 Newton Falls Rd. Ravenna, OH, by appointment only. It shall be the responsibility of the awarded bidder to make arrangements for pick up. All items will be removed at the risk and expense of the purchaser. The purchaser agrees to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the removal of all purchased item(s) from the Road Department without assistance from Township staff. PICK-UP TIME LIMIT: If an item is not picked up within 7 business days after the auction expiration date and time, Paris Township reserves the right in its sole discretion to retain the item, to re-list it for auction and block the bidder from future auctions, or to dispose of the item as it deems appropriate.
