2006 Dodge Sprinter 2500: 2.7 liter 5-cylinder turbo diesel engine/5-speed automatic transmission. Only 140,921 miles! The motor has a valve lifter tick. The valves may just need adjusted. This could be an easy fix if you know how to work on these vehicles.
