I have a 75 CB750 that I made into a cafe racer. It has Carpy clip ons and a Carpy seat. I completely rewired the bike and cleaned the carbs this summer. You might want to get the seat upholstered, but I have enough padding that it never bothered me. There are also no turn signals to keep with the cafe racer theme. I put bronze singarm bushing in and installed newer style zerk fitting so you can easily grease it. I also installed a timken tapered needle bearing in the neck. Just installed new clutch cable and push and pull throttle cables. Bike has roughly 30,000 miles on it. It runs great, I just don't have the time to ride it.
