1964 AMC Rambler American Resto-Mod NO RESERVE This car is a one of a kind, 1965 Rambler American, 2 door coupe. The original engine/trans/rearend has been removed and the engine is now a 3.8 GM V6 with 4 barral carb and HEI, muncie 4-speed with hurst shifter, S-10 chevy rear end, new duel master cylinder....all installed very profesionaly, and looks like it could have come from the factory. The car has duel exhaust with turbo mufflers so pretty quite buts sounds good. The interior was updated with grey/white, nice custom carpet, original headliner. A custom Stereo with amp, and It still has the original seatbelts with the rambler emblem. The body and paint are all original, car is very straight, zero rust, all glass is nice, all chrome trim and bumpers are very nice. Chrome 5-spoke supreme wheels, Blue dot taillights. This car runs perfect, shifts exellent & drives down the road with no issues and has plenty of power. This car has no rattles/shakes, everything works......heat/wipers/speedo/horn/stereo/lights/blinkers etc. I feel you could get in this car and drive it anywhere, although the car is 50 years old.
