1980 Mercedes Benz 240D 4-Speed Manual This is a running/working 35-year old 4-speed manny diesel benz. Mileage is not actual (odo reads 250k but is broken). I crank and run frequently, and drive infrequently. With some work, this could be a killer daily driver, or hip bio-diesel convert. Notable features: fantastic original paint job, seats in great condition, original benz window tint, MANUAL!! Work recently done: blower motor replacement, new tires, radiator flush, oil change (all @ first of 2013) Mechanical work needed: new brakes, rear axle (CV joint makes popping sound when turning), water pump (has been overheating in hotter months). Cosmetic work needed: new rear driver door (dinted badly), body-patching on front fenders (rust low on quarter panels behind front wheels), dash replacement (fine as is, but looks cracked/aged) Car is being sold "As-Is" with no implied warranty and buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping, his/her local/state taxes, license and title fees.
