1939 Dodge 5 window victorian coupe RARE vintage classic restoration just done ! Just finished restoration on virtually rust free southwestern car. Body was removed and chemically dipped / stripped. All remaining components were media blasted and self etched primered & painted. DuPont brand primers and paint used through out process. EVERY component was done correctly. Engine, transmission, clutch pressure plate, driveshaft & joints, rearend gears, seals & bearings, all front and rear suspension components, fuel system, carb, brakes and hardware, master cylinder, complete new correct reproduction wiring front to rear, all new glass with fresh rubber gaskets, new complete interior, instrumentation, lighting, steering wheel, heater, dashboard and all window garnish mouldings redone to look as wood grained, correct rearview mirror with pullstring 48 hour clock inset, correct steel wheels, 5 new B. F. Goodrich Silvertown wide whitewall tires, 4 NOS beautiful waterfall hubcaps. All chrome work done on various components was done to highest of standards. All stainless was professionally straightened and polished to a gleaming luster. Body panel fitment is stunning. Doors close at a simple push. All window hardware rebuilt. Trunk is finished with spare mounted. Running boards are one of a kind restoration. Stripped old rubber off steel boards. Constructed new molds out of wood. Jigged everything and injected epoxy based rubber - whala - new running boards ! Collectors, both domestic and foreign, this would make a very nice addition to your collection of vintage classics.I have elected not to install the hubcaps or running boards at this point as I was going for the late 40's or early 50's look.
