This is the a perfect opportunity to build a Class B motorhome, Overland Trekker, Excursion Van, Quigley, Sportmobile, Mobile Dog Grooming van, Contractor van, Courier delivery van, Roadside assistance vehicle, Fleet maintenance truck, etc, etc. This van was a video monitoring vehicle for inspecting underground utilities. It has the most desireable engine with the 7.3 Powerstroke Diesel with only 86K miles, Auto trans with overdrive, high top, roof AC, shore power hookups, factory Ford Ambulance package (larger alternator, upgraded suspension and brakes, higher Gross Vehicle Weight capacity, block heater, etc). The van runs great as you would expect with such low miles. The front tires are very good and rear tires are brand new- all matching Firestones, dash and roof AC both blow cold. The transmission was just serviced and the rear end has all new bearings and seals. This van is very rare with such low miles and has a ton of potential for so many uses. The van was from Tennessee and is rust free and extremely clean top to bottom except for the damage to the rear doorsill. This was from the robot equipment banging on the edge of the floor when loading and unloading with the doors open. It's an easy fix and does not effect functionality. It would be covered with an interior conversion. NOTE- I will entertain slightly lower offers without the roof AC. Also, I will remove the beacon lights on the roof if you do not want them.
