1962 Austin Healey 3000 tri-carb convertible with manual shift/overdrive, and wire wheels. The Healey was the subject of a conversion to an Avenger Classic modification in the mid 70s. The aluminum Healey shell was removed and anAvenger fiberglass body was nicely installed on the complete Healey chassis. The Classic comes with two fiberglass seats and a complete interior kit. The original Healey equipment is present and requires full restoration. The car iscurrently titled with its Austin Healey Identity. The full value is in the resurrection of the Austin Healey pedigree. The car is delivered as is with no expressed warranties.On Aug-28-14 at 08:28:29 PDT, seller added the following information: There have been a lot of questions about the frame and removed parts. The frame is in excellent condition and appears to be unaltered. The floors are original and are in good shape as witnessed by the attached photos. All Healey parts removed for the body installation are unfortunately long gone. The car sat undercover at the rear of a carport for the last 30+ years.
