Here is the cleanest ALL ORIGINAL 1988 Honda Hurricane 1000 you are going to find available anywhere at this price ! Ready to move this bike after ten years of ownership history, so I can purchase a sled. I WILL consider trades for a newer sled with reverse and electric start, and WILL add extra cash for the right deal. The bike itself is NEAR MINT, has only 10,800 original miles with only very minor wear to the paint, Never dropped, it retains ALL original panels with NO cracks, Exhaust pipes/mufflers and covers as well, all near perfect. I had sold this bike along with my other five vintage sport bikes about five years ago , and bought it back it is such a pleasure to ride. My friend that bought it, a very fussy machinist went through the entire bike, removing every panel for cleaning, installed new plugs, brakes, all fluids, and even replaced all the fasteners with replacement OEM bolts ! He added some two inch bar risers, and the smoked windscreen you see installed. The originals ARE included and currently the ONLY non-stock pieces, but it sits upright and can be ridden for hours effortlessly. I installed a brand new Yuasa battery last summer. Also included are a custom color matched vintage (1990-ish) Corbin seat, a rear solo saddle pack about 1ft X 1ft x 1ft in dimensions that seats on the rear passenger seat area, he even added clear protective strips on the fairing to prevent any rub from the straps ! Original dealer brochure, framed dealer poster, extra bolts, original plugs/etc... rear stand, Cover and more ALL goes with it. AWESOME and still unreal fast vintage Sport touring Rocket !!
