I am the 3rd owner and I have had it for about a year. Both of the previous owners were women, if that matters. This is a very nice running and riding original condition Hawk GT. When I bought the bike, it had been sitting for a couple of seasons. I did the usual maintenance items to get it back on the road. It is now a joy to ride. Everything functions exactly as it should. I would ride it anywhere without hesitation. The bike did fall over in the driveway, apparently, the 2nd owner left it running while she opened the garage door and it fell off the stand resulting the scuff on the engine cover. New parts: -fuel lines -carb to cylinder head rubber intake manifolds -flushed brake fluid -new battery -original grips -oil/oil filter Cosmetically: -small scratches on front of front fender -1" crack on the left side tail section down by grab bar -scuff on left side engine cover -very small impression on tank below deal on left side (I had the bike for 6 months before I noticed it, it's that small. I could not capture it in a picture) Other notes: -the front tire is an older tire and could be replaced (if you are going to fly and ride it home, I can arrange for a new tire to be installed if you wish. You have to pay for the tire and mounting) -rear tire has about 2000 miles on it, lots of life left in it (some of the pictures are with old tire - new one is shown in detail) -original chain/sprockets/brake pads all with lots of life left (as you would expect with 13k miles) - left side bar end is not installed in some of the pics as I was installing the new grips but it is on now I ride the bike periodically and it is a blast to ride but I have a few too many toys and I am moving and I am getting married. Shipping/picking up: The bike is located in Minneapolis, MN. I can store it for a month and then I will be moving. I could arrange for longer storage here but it would be nice if you picked it up before then. I can get the bike to the Davenport, IA area for $100 and it can remain there for a couple of months. Payment: -$500 paypal deposit due 48 hours after auction end. Full payment due within 1 week by cash, check, money order (paypal is expensive!)
