The 1972 Eldorado was in our opinion, one of the best looking of them all complementing an already attractive look with the extended rear lights and decorative chrome to the rear of each door. The interiors were made in real leather and the car had all the options exuding luxury and a sense of accomplishment. Also, the 1972 was the last year that had an engine installed that produced 365hp.Today, we are offering a 1972 Cadillac Eldorado convertible which is essentially an original car with the original carpets, interior and the original drivetrain; and we think the original paint. Recently, the carburetor was replaced and the car is in perfect running condition. Loaded with options, we have PS/PB/PW as well as Power Locks, a Power Top and Air Conditioning. The dash has a crack in it that can be easily covered with a dash carpet cover.The convertible top is new as is the rear window and the power up and down works perfectly. The car comes with a soft boot to protect the top when down. We can find no evidence of any bodywork whatsoever; additionally, it has few (if any) rattles and is a joy to drive. It is clean underneath with nothing more than the expected surface rust that you can see from the pictures provided. Everything in the car is in working order with the exception of the AC.These cars are the talk of the town when you drive up and park; no matter where you are, a 1972 Eldorado convertible stands out. The motor is the 500 cid V8 coupled to a three speed automatic transmission.
