After being disappointed by all the ratty other Jaguar's out there and looking at this one, please feel free to message me. Very rare to find in such excellent, garaged kept condition. Absolutely everything works as it should. Maintenance done (as well as preventative maintenance) always done before ever needed!! Tensioners, lubing windows, door locks, sunroof, water pump, battery, brake pads, rotors, tires, shocks, struts, all fluids, belt, sensors, etc. Everything done right since new and before needed.. Very hard to find one not messed with and hacked up. 1 family owned since new, and only driven on nice days. 3500 miles per year on average!! Beyond finicky maintenance and toothbrush/q-tip detailing since new. Fully loaded with power windows, locks, mirrors, cruise control, pretty much power everything. No check engine lights, or any issues, of any kind. Both original Jaguar laser cut OEM keys and Jaguar head keyless entry remotes. Original owners manuals, cases, and all handouts. No dents, dings, or scratches in the body. Service records on hand and shown below as well as PERFECT Carfax. No accidents or paint work ever. Washed weekly since new and waxed at least once per month, even when driven little. Gorgeous Topaz Metallic Clearcoat paint which looks wet when dry. Look at all the reflections in the beautiful paint in the pictures below.  Custom pinstripe on both sides. Pride of ownership shows in every aspect of this immaculate, luxury sports car. It drives like a dream and gets 25+ MPG on the open roads with its powerful 290 HP 4.0 DOHC V8 engine mated to a 5 speed automatic transmission with sport mode which transform this car into an animal. Pay a little more and get A LOT more with this cream puff, over the others out there where you are most likely buying someone else's problems!!   This immaculate 1998 Jaguar XJ8L was purchased new in Nebraska by a female retired doctor. She only drove it as a second car on nice days, never in foul weather. She brought it to her additional homes in Nevada, then Palm Springs, CA. Always garaged. 4" stack of service records contained in a large Zip-Lock Bag. Never abused. She ended up giving it to her 50+ year old nephew in February of this year as she is no longer driving. No leaks, seaps, knocks, or odd noises of any kind. Interior honestly looks and smells like new! Smooth power, transmission shifts perfectly, no overheating even in 110+ degree heat!! Car needs nothing. Was $63K new in 1998. Custom pinstriping. Paint is like glass. The L model has the back seat room of a limousine and is much more comfortable with rear seat passengers than the base model XJ8, Vanden Plas,  or XJR. You will not find a nicer, immaculate, no worry Jaguar for this price!! I have seen each and every X308 that has been listed on Ebay in the past 3 years and none compare to this car, even ones that have sold for more. Stops very well with no pulls and straight. Has 4 wheel power discs brakes with ABS. Does not get hot even idling in 110 degree heat for 25 minutes. It starts right up and sounds great! Engine oil, oil filter, and air filter are all new. Transmission fluid, rear end fluid, and power steering fluid are also all new. Tires are all are around 70%. Wheels have no scuffs or damage of any kind. Many original marking on the immaculate underside, which has been detailed frequently since new. Look at the incredible original exhaust!! Clear signed CA title and signed bill of sale for easy transfer. Registration is good until Feb, 2015. Car needs nothing at all.. In my 20 years in the Mustang business, I have rarely seen, owned, or driven a nicer, well maintained, immaculate vehicle! I have owned over 1000 Mustangs, Shelby's, Big Block's, Boss's, Pantera's, Saleen's, Roush's, Cobra's. Lightning's etc, mostly collector models, and rarely see a vehicle (of ANY type) that are 16 years old and still look and drive better than new. Interior even still smells new. Cigarette lighter never used. Has a brand new upgraded real wood shift knob, and brand new upgraded cupholder which will not break like the original. Does not have the power steering moan like most have. Nothing leaks, drips, or seeps. It is very easy to drive and maneuver, much more so than the newer ones, plus gets much better gas mileage and not all the extra sensors and issues of a now Indian made Jaguar. This car gets 25+ on the freeway. I have driven it on 2 trips where it has got over 28 MPG. It starts the first time, EVERY time. It idles smoothly and does not smoke. No misses or hesitations. Original seat belts are excellent. Factory interior buttons look like new. None of the original silk screening has worn off anything inside. You simply can NOT find another like this!!! This is a one in a million Jaguar, hands down!   Underside, and engine box kept clean since new as is the exterior and interior. Carpet is immaculate and original wool floor mats have always been covered when driven since new. All original real burl wood is immaculate and not all broken and cracked like most. Seats look great too. No holes or unraveling anywhere an the original wool carpeting. Never been smoked in. Still has new car smell. Just look at the pictures, they really explain this XJ8-L, hands down, better than I can. A/C is ice cold, and heat hot. A/C is colder than any car I have ever driven. Even on 110+ days here in Palm Springs, CA, after 5-6 minutes, I have to turn the A/C to a higher temperature, unlike all my other vehicles, which will not freeze you like this car! Everything on this amazing Jaguar works. No squeaks or rattles. All stainless steel looks great. Side moldings look like new with no bangs or chunks missing like most others.  Only thing that bothers me at all on this car is the windshield has some minor pitting, only evident when driving  into the sun. Paint and body lines are absolutely beautiful. No wind noise.   Vehicle is available for inspection and can be shipped anywhere. Out of country buyers welcome too, if you arrange shipping. I can have the car delivered to the Long Beach Port, if need be at your expense.
