2007 DODGE RAM 3500 QUAD CAB DUALLY 4WD CUMMINS 5.9L, LARAMIE, AUTO TRANSMISSION, 8’ BED -PRE DPF/EGR!!! THIS IS THE NEWEST CUMMINS ENGINE BEFORE ALL THE EMISSIONS EQUIPMENT WAS ADDED. Dodge started adding Diesel Particulate Filters (DPFs) and Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) halfway through the 2007 model year. Those engines were the 6.7L Cummins. This truck has the 5.9L Cummins without DPF and EGR that was made for the first half of 2007. Some people believe DPFs/EGR lower efficiency and cause diesel engines to fail more quickly … I’m one of them! I believe this is the last of the best Cummins engine. -OPENING BID IS DEALER WHOLESALE PRICE! We had two dealers appraise this truck and they both offered $25k. Dealer wholesale price means that’s the price a dealer will purchase it for, then turn around and add on thousands when selling it to the public. We heard the previous owner was a retiree that bought it to haul an in-bed camper for him and his wife. We were told that the he never had a truck this big and simply couldn’t get used to it. He traded it in on a Dodge Dakota and was much happier. We’ve used it to tow a 5,000lb bumper-pull travel truck, move gravel in a dump truck to our house, haul dogs, and take stuff to the dump. It’s simply too much truck for us and we need something smaller. Well maintained! The extensive 60k service was performed which came to over $550 worth of service. We have complete service records for the entire time we've owned it. All warranty work/recalls as of January 2014 has been performed and documented. Six new Bridgestone Duravis tires were installed in November of 2012. They only have13,000 miles on them! That’s how little we’ve driven this truck in the last year and a half.
