Vehicle Detail

Up for sale is my 1969 Z28 Camaro. Its Garnet Red with a nom 302 DZ engine. I have owned it for about 24 years and this will be the first time offered. Most of the car was restored between 2006-09 and the rest was completed this spring when I started driving it some. When I built this I didnt have any intentions of selling which means two things. I built it to drive and enjoy . It also means its not a completely original car built to trailer to shows. Here are some details: Frame off, blasted, por 15, new shocks, springs, bushings, etc. Body: NOS gm quarters and fenders. GM deluxe doors, GM hood and trunk. Dupont base coat with house of color clear.Complete white houndstooth deluxe interior. Rosewood wheel, tilt steering, gauge package, clock. Stainless brake and fuel lines. Engine: DZ302, block 30 over with trw forged pistons, pink rods with arp rod bolts, correct 1178 casting crank, standard rod and mains. 186 cylinder heads with gm 2.02/1.60 valves. 294/525 competition cams solid cam, chromolly push rods and roller tip rocker arms. Small cap distributor with petronics electronic internals. Holley 750HP carb with electric choke, Holley red pump. Hooker competition headers with Flowmaster exhaust with h-pipe. Muncie 4-speed, centerforce clutch, custom driveshaft from the driveshaft shop, 12bolt rear, 4-series posi with 373 gears. It has about 360 miles as of now but may go up a bit before auction end. Last weekend I went 105 nonstop miles, got 12mpg. It ran about 190 degrees, held 55 lbs of oil pressure at 2300rpm's and 55 mph. I certainly don`t build show cars for a living so I would consider this a very clean, driver quality car built to drive and have fun with. It`s not perfect but gets a lot of attention and should only increase in value. I would encourage anyone interested to please come look at it, I can take you for a ride, ask any questions because I may not have thought of everything. The reserve price is reasonable but please only bid if you have cash. I require $500. non-refundable deposit within 3 hours of auction end and balance within 10 days which can be done in a bank if desired.
