You are bidding on a 1969 Mustang Fastback. This is the culmination of a 7 year rebuild. It's fresh and ready for years of enjoyment. Car turned out great, too many cars and a new project requires sale. This Mustang is a pleasure to drive, it was built for low-maintenance fun, and it turns heads, with lots of thumbs up. The motor is a 340 horse, 351 Windsor that underwent a complete machining and rebuild, including align honing and decking, full balance, +.030 bore. The heads were rebuilt including new valves, springs and push rods. New parts include a new harmonic balancer, RV cam, HEI ignition, and more. The engine was test fired on a engine dyno, where it put out 340 h.p.!To complete the engine, new headers and new exhaust system were installed. The body was stripped to bare metal and repaired. New sheet metal includes: front fenders, front and rear aprons, headlight doors, trunk drop offs, rear cross member, rear tail light panel and rear fender extensions and trunk. Body improvements include: new bumpers, new locks, new door handles, new grill and front trim, polished window molding. All rubber molding new, windshield new, door glass replaced with bolt in glass, rear glass is original. New side markers, parking lights, headlights and LED tail lights. Body painted Ford Blue Flame. Shock towers and inner sheet metal all new, new front suspension, brakes and Weld Drag Star wheels. Interior is new with new dash pad, carpet, sound deadener, headliner, rear side panels, door panels and interior kit. New instrument panel lens and shifter base plate. Heater box rebuilt with new seals and new heater core. To make sure everything was up to date, we installed extras including a Painless Wiring kit and electric trunk release.
