my father bought this car in 1966 and took it down to a bare frame in 1968 he stopped working on it car sat in a garage all apart till 1984 when i made him start to put it back together took several yrs to get road worthy all the wiring has been replaced with oem style new interior and runble seat were new in 1986 and came from lebaron lebonney my dad rebuilt the motor and its bored out 60 over i myself stripped the car down to bare metal and painted it it is a solid steel body car all of the fenders and running boards and running board shields were brand new all the glass is good brakes were all replaced shocks bushings springs car was a daily driver every summer has never been outside in the weather my dad drove it 6 miles a day back and forth to work and i dont think he put 300 miles on it so far i have all the original parts that were taken off of it and i have a whole garage full of model a parts that i whant to go with it motors trans radiator fenders hoods carbs starters generators bumpers cowl lots of parts for someone who whants to build a rat rod there is alot so you would need room to store it and a big truck or trailer to take it all its all original old stuff that needs rebuild or reuse i have 3 motors 2 are together mostly and good 3rd is apart i also have a bunch of model a tools jack wrenches stuff like that my dad passed away back in 2010 car has sat for ten yrs has new battery in it and runs great right now i own a auto repair shop and i have no time to do anything with this car and i hate to see it sit i would luv 4 someone to just use it of finish it only thing it needs is a lite switch new top and some of the hardware some re chromeing of bumpers pass side door dont open from the outside and window is off track all glass is good all wiring has been replaced with new interior was done in 86 and came from lebaron lebonney paint is soso on it has chips scrathes and one small dent in right rear fender i have luggage wrack for the rear needs some work and rack for the running board as well also manifold heater tires are good hold air and are not dry rotted this is a briggs body car made by briggs manufacturying for ford floor boards are new and were clear coated when put in exhaust is all new and still does not even have any rust on it any parts that were bought for this car came from snyders or restore it aside from the lights not working due to the bad switch this car is ready to drive on the road if your looking 4 a show car that it is not it needs to be repainted but there is only one coat of paint on it i stripped it to bare metal any questions e mail; me
