1947 Ford Custom Traditional Styled NO RESERVE Chopped, Channeled, Olds V8, Auto trans, power steering, power brakes, CD player, Hotrod Heat, Wide Whitewall tires, Newer Duel Exaust, V-butt Windshield, Disc Brakes. Selling my 1947 Ford, you can drive as it is or modify to suit your own style. This car has been chopped 3 1/2 " and has a removable carson style lift off top. The frame was modified front and rear with a 87 Olds Cutlass suspension, and it rides on coil springs on all four corners and the center of the original frame was used. The Body was channeled over the frame approx. 3" so it rides great and sits low. It does have air shocks on the rear so it can be raised a couple inches if needed. For power the Olds V8 engine with no rattles or smoke and auto trans shifts like it should, were both used along with the power steering and power brakes with disc up front. The seats were also used front & rear and the drivers is power. The car runs and drives great and has been driven a ton just the way it is. The car is now 12 volt so none of the original 6 volt gauges were hooked up although does have a few 12 volt gauges and the trans is set up for a electronic speedo so I just use the GPS on my I-phone. The wide white wall tires (even though you can't see them they are on the rear also) are pretty new and the front has single bar flipper caps. The CD player works great along with the hotrod heater for those chilly cruise nights. The trunk has a electric latch. The front windshield has been V-butted. When I got the car it was missing the passenger window and regulator although I did find both and they are included (paid $500 for the pair, convertible only) I also have a set of chrome valve covers, a few pieces of side stainless trim along with grill stainless, and the rubber lower rear fender gravel guards which are included. Interior is black cloth with black vinyl door panels, floor is covered with insulation, exterior is flat black with green pinstriping. I just had the car up at the Goodguys event in Puyallup WA over the weekend and had no issues at all, fun to drive, car ran great, weather I was cruising down the freeway or idleing through the massive crowds on the fairgrounds.... car does not run hot. Licensed/Titled & insured in my name. You can fly into RDM and drive this car home or I can help with your shipper if needed. If you need more info or pics please ask before auction ends.
