hr> 1960 TR3 ROADSTERRECENT BARN FIND FOR RESTORATION Recently discovered and out of long term storage , this 1960 Triumph TR3 is an original European delivered car which was sent to Walter Hagen and Company in Krefield Germany on the 9th of May , 1960 . It was delivered in the desirable color of powder blue with black interior and it still retains its original engine which is turning freely but not presently running . It has likely been off the road for decades but is a solid car for restoration with still its factory floors and a good chassis . There is typical rust but nothing terminal . It is unusual in that it has some things we have never seen before in 30+ years of collecting and restoring TR's here in the USA , a very rare German delivery data plate on the inner fender , a speedometer in kilometers and also still has its Lucas European headlamps . It includes the British Motor Heritage certificate verifying all . A very unusual find in any condition and we think it would be a great car to restore in that it is so nice and intact and unmolested ... so get a head start now with next winters project .
