Has a few dings and dents, see photographs, but otherwise paint is in good condition. The differential whines due to the gear oil once having leaked out from the cover and running dry, axle was rebuilt but ring and pinion not changed and this is what causes the sound. It hasn't seemed to cause any problems. Convertible top is in fair condition with a couple leaks that can probably be fixed.
