1928 Ford Model A "Leatherback" fourdoor Rebuilt from ground up 5 years ago. Less than 200 miles since. New rose-beige paint with yellow trim line and yellow wheels (original Ford colors), all new wood, new windows, new "seal brown" fabric top. Engine rebuilt and hopped up at factory, new gears in rear and transmission, new upholstry (original type fabric), 12 volt system, five new white wall tires, new horn and radiator, new stainless headlights (hologen) and SS bumpers, new exhaust system, and modified steering and brakes. Custom tow/hitch system for easy towing. Cloth cover and new trunk. Owner has spent over $50,000 (documented) on the rebuild. He purchased the Model A in 2006 from a farmer in Salina, KS. It was quite dilapidated, and was said to have been stored in a Kansas barn, used as a chicken coop for 30 years.
